What Are your Service Areas?

We do offer our service to the North Shore, Northern Beaches and the entire Sydney area.

How do I schedule an appointment with Crystal Services group?

To schedule an appointment with us, call us, email us or simply link into our website for a directed quote system. at any time.

How long does the process take to get an in home service estimate?

Our free in-home estimates can be scheduled between 2 and 3 hours after we speak with you. The scheduling of your free estimate will also depend on your location.

How much do your services cost?

It is difficult to say exactly how much our services will cost, as the price greatly depends on the type and size of the task to be completed. We do offer a free in-home estimate that will give you a guaranteed price for services. Many factors are considered during these estimates including how dirty the area is, the size of the job, access to the areas to be cleaned and the amount of time we believe it will take to complete the job.

Is your company insured?

We have insurance that covers $10,000,000 in liability coverage as well as workman’s compensation for our employees. If you need to see proof of our insurance, we can provide you with an insurance certificate.

Are your technicians professionals?

Our window washing technicians are trained to the fullest extent with video training as well as opportunities to hone their skills with hands-on practice. They are trained to properly use the detergents and window washing chemicals, as well as how to properly and safely work on ladders and roofs; as well as other areas that guarantee that your job will be completed in a safe, professional, and thorough manner.

Do you use safe cleaning products?

We use only environmentally safe cleaning products that are biodegradable and approved by OSHA. Our products are safe for use around flooring and carpets, so you will never have to worry about any damage to your home during the cleaning process.

How do I pay for your services?

We take business and personal checks, cash, EFT and Paypal. We will invoice you for any payment method.

Does the weather impact my cleaning appointment?

We keep an eye on weather, as many customers call to see if we will be on schedule due to rain or other inclement weather. If there is light precipitation, we will keep the appointment on schedule. In the event of heavy rain or poor conditions, we will reschedule a date to finish the job for you.

ARE YOU GOING TO DRAG DIRT INTO MY HOME?

No. We either remove our shoes or wear booties over shoes where necessary (particularly internal ladder work) to protect your floors from any potential mess.

IF YOU NEED A LADDER INSIDE MY HOME WILL IT DAMAGE THE FLOOR / WALLS?

We take special care with floors. Every home may be different but we will still treat it like our own. We use a special non slip foam mat underneath our extension ladder. This protects the floor and stops the ladder from moving on any surface. Soft ladder mitts protect walls from any marking / damage.

TRACKS, SCREENS & FRAMES?

We know some companies like to offer these services as ‘included in the price’ or promote ‘free screen cleaning’, however, we would prefer to list every aspect of the job as a separate item. Everyone is different and so are their windows. Not all tracks need cleaning and not everyone has screens. The questions below outline how we do what we do when it comes to tracks, screens and frames.

CAN YOU CLEAN MY TRACKS?

Yes we can. If requested, they are brushed using a special long bristle brush to get deep in the track and vacuumed of heavy debris. Then at the time of cleaning the glass we spray inside the track to remove the remaining finer debris. We cannot guarantee they will look new but our customers are always impressed with the results. If track cleaning has been requested it will be listed as a separate item on your quote.

WHAT ABOUT THE WINDOW FRAMES?

If requested, frames are wiped with a damp microfibre mitts and light plant based detergent solution. This removes surface dirt and mould spores, however will not remove heavy staining caused by mould or otherwise. If internal frame cleaning has been requested it will be listed on your quote.

External frames can be washed prior to glass with our water fed pole. If you have old paintwork on timber frames however, there is a limit to how much scrubbing can be done as we do not want paint flakes everywhere.
